So what does adult ADHD coaching and therapeutic support look like?

ADHD coaching with me is a mix of practical techniques and 1:1, tailored-to-you psychotherapeutic support, designed to help you succeed.

It doesn’t matter where you are in your neurodivergent journey- this coaching is all about helping you to not only feel like you can cope better, but to set and achieve goals that currently feel out of reach.

The type of things I can help you to do:

  • Gently understand & reduce procrastination

  • Realise true self-acceptance

  • Be more productive

  • Tune down the overwhelm

  • Become more organised

  • Heal from emotional trauma

  • Feel heard and seen for who you are

  • Build your self esteem and confidence

So yep. It’s good stuff.

ADHD coaching and therapeutic support is as much about helping you to build up your self-confidence and your resilience as it is about putting in the logistical bits and practical techniques to help you be more productive and focussed.

A brilliant blend of practical tips and psychotherapeutic support and insight to help you succeed, wherever you are in your neurodivergent journey.

Who is adult ADHD coaching and therapeutic support for?

It’s for you if you:

  • Are just beginning to suspect you might have ADHD

  • Have already begun the diagnosis process (self-or external)

  • Just found out you have ADHD

  • Are long-term diagnosed but still don’t feel like you’ve developed the capacity to manage how ADHD negatively impacts on your life

  • Feel that emotional dysregulation and RSD (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria) which characterises ADHD, has played havoc with your mental health, and that you need more than simple coaching to heal the damage.

What does Adult ADHD Coaching and Therapeutic support cost?

There are a couple of options for support with ADHD:

LEVEL 1 Support - Weekly counselling sessions that combine emotional, therapeutic support and practical strategies for managing your ADHD challenges - this costs £70 per weekly 50 minute session.

LEVEL 2 Support - More intensive ADHD coaching, for people who are in urgent need of immediate support and change cost £150 each and occur weekly - one 50 minute sessions per week as described above PLUS email & telephone support between sessions, to give you that extra help to practically implement the ideas and concepts we talk about during our sessions.

Whatever level of support you feel you need, we’d love to chat to you about how Ali can help you.

I didn’t even know I had ADHD when I started seeing Ali for counselling. When she suggested that I might want to get assessed, I was surprised, relieved but also afraid. Ali helped and supported me through the whole process. Even when I was diagnosed I felt like I might be using ADHD as an excuse. Ali is helping me work through all my hopes and fears, as well as navigate practical obstacles (like working out how to actually regularly order, pick up and take my ADHD meds!) and helping me figure out how to succeed in the work-place, despite my executive dysfunction issues. She’s a legend!

Just a few last words from Ali on adult ADHD coaching:

“As a qualified and experienced counsellor & psychotherapist who also lived undiagnosed with ADHD for most of my adult life, I just wanted to say: I get it.

I get that it’s probably been a rough ride already.

That you’ve felt different, or unsupported, or incapable of doing things that seem pretty bloody easy for everyone else. And I also know the kind of havoc that can play on a person’s self-confidence, self-esteem, and their own perception and acceptance of themselves.

But… I also know what it looks like on the other side of support.

I had counselling, sought support, and it changed how I saw and related to the world.

It helped me transform my perception of myself.

I felt supported to create a happier, more satisfying life.

And it’s why I’m offering ADHD coaching now.”

Ali is pretty uniquely placed to help you understand and process those hopes and fears for your future, and to work out a strategy for self-compassionate understanding that allows you to work towards your goals with (rather than against,) your ADHD.

Don’t struggle alone because you deserve help and support to feel better.
