Who’s Restore For?
If you’re a mum who:
- Feels disconnected from any identity you might have had that isn’t ‘mum-based’
- Spends a lot of time worrying that you’re a rubbish mum (and that everyone else has got ‘mumming’ sussed)
- Never seems to have a moment to yourself
- Is depressed and/or anxious but can’t seem to shake it
- Feels like your mental state might be negatively affecting your relationships with kids &/or your partner
- Keeps saying ‘things will be better when…’ (but wonders if ‘when’ will ever come?)
- Feels lonely and you wish you had a safe space to talk to other mums who were willing to admit to feeling the same.
Then Restore is designed with mums like you in mind, to help you learn how to build up, maintain & sustain your mental health.
On this course I’m going to use my 10+ years of counselling & psychotherapy experience to help you to:
- Get a handle on what is going on for you emotionally
- Teach you how to work out why it’s getting to you.
- And hand you the tools to do something positive about it.
I will provide you with information on why difficult feelings & experiences negatively affect you; nurture your development throughout the course within a group of like-minded mums; as well as give you practical, step-by-step activities and practices to help you identify and create positive, lasting emotional change and increased resilience.
Once you’ve got those skills & experiences under your belt, a whole world of possibilities opens up.
You will be able to empower yourself to create a happier, more satisfying life for yourself and your family.
